Saturday Cinema: Thirst – – – – (6 min, 30 sec)

[If good things come in small packages and a picture is worth a thousand words, then this short-film is worth your time.  The idea behind my occasional Saturday Cinema selection is to give you something to think and pray about.  Please share your thoughts and ideas by leaving a comment.]

All you who are thirsty, come to the water!  (Isaiah 55:1a)

As the deer longs for streams of water,
so my soul longs for you, O God.
My soul thirsts for God, the living God.
When can I enter and see the face of God?      (Psalm 42:2-3)

One Response to Saturday Cinema: Thirst – – – – (6 min, 30 sec)

  1. Denise says:

If we don’t seek Jesus, the living water, we will be in an endless cycle of frustration, confusion, and thirst for something more. If we don’t help others find the truth known only in Jesus, they too will end up in that endless cycle. It is painful to watch, and certainly painful to endure such torment. Yet, we think we know what is best for ourselves. Our God knows our foolish ways, and loves us still.
